It was great to try this upgrade, but creator 10 isn’t stable for basic DSL broadband yet.

I don’t think there is a fix for this bug yet, so I’ll wait. You should also follow Microsoft’s advisory and upgrade only when offered through Windows Update:. If setup does not progress, close the wizard then restart your computer.
