I did a reboot and ran powershell as an administrator opening nothing but notepad so I could copy and paste the line. I got quite a few errors so I did it a few times. Again–quite a few errors, but I’m pretty sure this is the error that’s causing the problem:.

Now–keep in mind, I have not opened any programs after reboot except notepad and powershell–so what resources could be blocking this I wonder?
